Do You Feel Stuck?

I meet people all the time who can't seem to move off center; good people who truly want to change their circumstances for the better, but seem to be paralyzed.

My advice to you is to start with some action, however simple, rather than gargantuan or complicated. Be proactive, even if that action is simple.

When you are proactive it puts you on the offensive and, all things being equaul, gives you control over events. However, when you are inactive it puts you on the defensive and limits you to a position of weakness.

If you find yourself in debt, then you should take action. You see, inaction is a negative form of action. Inaction yields consequences by default. In other words, inaction yields consequences which you DO NOT control!

You want, you should, control your financial life. If you're waiting for everything to be "just right" before taking action, you may be falling into a fatal trap. Don't fear change. Instead embrace it as one of the most exciting aspects of life.

How exciting would it be if you could CHANGE your financial situation?

I'm here to help you make that change. I'm here to help you take the first step. The first step is to simply contact me. After the first step, I'll push you, propel you, and motivate you to take the second, third .... steps.

God Bless,

Debt Collectors -- Part II

To continue our important discussion regarding debt collectors, let me begin by saying that I am amazed -- and dismayed -- by how many lawyers and so called "professionals" fail to grasp the opportunity which exists if you understand the consumer laws. Debt collectors are ripe for defeating IF YOU understand these laws.

The debt collectors are typically the ones who "growl" the loudest and yet they are, in my experience, the easiest to defeat. One way to defeat them, and settle for pennies on the dollar, is to use the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) against them.

The FDCPA is a key federal law regulating debt collectors, including lawyers who routinely collect debts on behalf of original creditors. I LOVE this law because I can turn the tables on the debt collectors. Not only can I often settle the debt, but in some cases you can collect money against the debt collector!

Talk about "win/win"!

One component of many in the FDCPA is the "Cease & Desist" component. Specifically, 15 U.S.C. Section 1692(c), when invoked, should STOP the collector from communicating with you -- no more harrassing phone calls, for example.

And if the collector violates this provision, I can use it against them to gain leverage for my client.

I'll let you go for now. We've been fortunate to represent thousands of well satisfied clients. I hope we can help you too! I promise, we'll fight like h$ll on your behalf!

Debt Collectors Can Help You Wipe Out Debt!

You should know what is a debt collector, also known as a debt collection agency.

First know what a debt collector is not. It is not a credit card company. A credit card company is the "original creditor." Original creditors are American Express, Bank of America, Capital One, Discover, Advanta, U.S. Bank, CitiBank and other credit card companies.

The original creditors have their own collection departments. The people who work in these collection departments are employees of the original creditor. When you fall behind in your payments you will get phone calls and nasty letters from the original creditor.

However, after time passes you may start to get calls from debt collectors, also known as collection agencies. The debt collector is not the original creditor.

Debt collectors are separate companies that are hired by the original creditor to collect the debt. A collection lawyer is considered a debt collector too.

Debt collectors are supposed to follow a law called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. But most don't.

And that's where you can actually turn the tables on the debt collector and use a few powerful strategies to wipe out your credit card debt.

I'll explain how on Tuesday, February 10. Stay tuned!

Legal Debt Forgiveness

You need to understand how this works if you are in credit card debt.

First, do not hire a "debt settlment" company to handle your case. Companies like "Credit Solutions" out of Texas and the like are taking money upfront with no guarantee of results.

That's not how I work.

I do not require any payment up front. I only get paid in the event I am successful in getting your balance down to a fractional amount.

OK, now that we've gotten that out of the way, here's how you can legally get your debt forgiven. Pretend you have a rich "Aunt Irma." And pretend you have a $100,000 in credit card debt too.

Your rich Aunt Irma says to you, "Why don't I pay off $70,000 (seventy thousand dollars) of your debt and you pay off $30,000 (thirty thousand dollars)" Good deal, right?

Well maybe. Maybe not. You see, in order to pull this off you need to come up with some money. If you come up with a percentage of the debt over a period of 6 to 12 months, then debt forgiveness may actually work for you.

Again, this is assuming you hire the right professional for the job who can actually get the debt forgiven, not some scum sucking debt management or debt settlement company. I'm seeing more and more folks getting scammed by these companies. And it seems every time I turn on the radio there is a new debt settlement company running advertisements.

THEY SMELL BLOOD IN THE WATER!

That's what happens when people are vulnerable. Other not so nice people take advantage and make things even worse.

I won't do that. I'm in this for the long run. I don't pretend to be perfect, but I won't ever let you down. Ever.

To Turn Your Life Around, Turn in a Different Direction

Let go.

If you're in debt then chances are you've been facing the wrong way for a long time. You need to turn in a different direction. Let go of your anger, your bitterness, your embarrassment, and your pride. Don't be afraid. You have nothing to fear.

Let go of the harmful emotions. Let go of the past.

What drives your life today is the positive energy you create now. Now is your time.

Some people doubt me when I tell them, "You can turn your life around now." I feel bad for these people. Because they've already lost.

Shakespeare said, "Our doubts are our traitors." Rid yourself of doubt, and you can rid yourself of your debt. More than that, you can truly be free of the harmful things that have kept you down for so long.

The great car maker Enzo Ferrari said, "What can be conceived, can be created." He knew, as others have known, that life is what you create in your mind, or what you destroy. Think of a life free of debt. Can you imagine? Yes, you can!

Let go of your doubt. And then I'll help you let go of your debt.

God Bless,

Worry and Credit Card Debt

There is nothing to worry about. Absolutely nothing.

Radical thought, huh?

Sure, if you choose you can spend the rest of your life worrying about your debt and it won't change a thing. You will still be in debt.

Worry is being immobilized in the present moment by events that will occur or not occur in the future. Not one minute of worry will ever change the future or make things better.

Please don't confuse worry with taking action. In fact, people who are wrapped up in worry often use worry as an excuse for not taking action. Worry is a form of self delusion or escape. It keeps you from focusing on the task at hand, on what's real, and what you can control.

Worry causes high blood pressure, hyper-tension, ulcers, headaches, etc.

So here's my advice: If you are worrying about debt, STOP worrying and START living. You CAN get free of credit card debt once and for all. Live with the mindset that it's your time -- now -- to start living and stop worrying.

Don't allow debt to steal your life. Take your life back.

NOW begin to attack the problem you've been avoiding. I'm here to help you wipe out your credit card debt. STARTING NOW! Together we can wipe out both your worry and your debt.

God Bless,

To My Son, Patryk Michael Mack

Hi Buddy:

I want to let you know that I can count on one hand the most important people in my life, and you are one of them. Patryk, you are special to me.

I love you more than you can comprehend. You know, you must know, what you mean to me and your mom. Our world would be empty without you in it.

You are 13 years old today. That’s a big deal! You are crossing the line between adulthood and childhood. You will always be my boy, but now you are also going to be a young man.

Now is the time for you to shine, to develop into your full potential. You have the opportunity to be great, to even change the world. I know you can do it!

Hard to believe you’ve grown up so fast. I knew the first day I saw you that you were my guy. That was a very good day, one of the best days of my life!

Love Always,

Your Dad
